Fabulous Job Cleaning a Rug -- Ruined by a Sick Cat

$2000 Sofa Saved from Cat Urine

I purchased your product week before last as a last ditch effort to salvage the $2000 sofa which my cat had ruined with urine. I must be honest; I fully expected to be disappointed. I am sure you are not surprised to learn that there is no trace of feline urine odor on my sofa.
This is a sofa that I have been treating for two years (he has a chronic urinary tract infection problem). I NEVER got the smell to completely disappear. You may be familiar with a product called Nature's Miracle. It was the best the local PetSmart had to offer. Well, Public Defender took care of what Nature's Miracle could not.
I'm sold and want to tell others! If it can save my sofa, imagine what it can do for the men's restroom at a fast food restaurant (now that stinks)!

I Killed The Stink!!

I have been odor blasting a motor home for the last week, with no success, I mean I scrubbed, wiped, hosed, fogged, cussed and always that funny little odor underneath all the clean would come back. Now this was the smell of something like marijuana, it was always there, no matter what I did. Not real strong, but always there waiting, just enough to keep me from getting paid.

Enough was enough; time to call in the big guns. Public Defender came to the rescue, I wiped all the wall areas, sprayed the carpets, scrubbing the product into the carpeting, misted curtains, wiped down the ceilings, opened all drawers and closets, gave a good misting and wipe, and before you can say "show me the money", I had a motor home with no objectionable smell what so ever. And that is why I bought a gallon today.

I had an Olds Bravada yesterday that the people that owned it must have let their dog live in it, that rig "stunk!", you know that dog smell that only comes after the dog is out in the rain, sometimes only for a few minutes, It was far worse, but Public Defender kicked that stench right in the you know where. I can't wait to try it out in apartments.

Pet Stains- Wonderful Product that Really Works!

I recently ordered and received my first order -I love it! Thank you for making such a wonderful product that really works! In answer to your question about using my testimonial-that would be fine. I wish I had known about this product many years ago! Also you asked how I had been using this product. I have been mixing 20 parts water with 1 part to remove pet stains and odor from my living room carpet. You don't notice that other products previously used for spot removal have not worked fully, until you have a hot, humid summer like the one we've been going through! Horrible Odor From Refrigerator

Cat Sprays Couch

I wanted to let you know my experience w/ your product. We had just moved into our house about 3 months ago and it really freaked our cat out. He decided that the couch and our down comforter should be marked as his territory. I sprayed down the couch cushions and the comforter. The comforter only needed one treatment and the cushions only two, and the smell was completely gone. This stuff is amazing.

Removes Feline Blood Stains

 "I called in a panic this morning to say that I awoke to find blood all over my house - carpet, bedding, sofa.  My dog had cut her paw badly during the night and had bled all over everything.  I used your product, but after 15 minutes it seemed like it was just spreading the stain. However, I kept dabbing at it and reapplying the product and after about 1/2 hour it was apparent the stains were disappearing.  Now after about 4 hours, the bloodstains are completely gone.  Thanks a million - what a great product!"

Skunk Odors Stop Work At Factory

This past summer, Machine Shop Personnel at the Tread Corporation were forced out of our work building due to a terrible sickening odor. A skunk, or skunks, became entrapped under the building and died. The skunk odor, plus the decaying odor in the hot weather was particularly offensive. We tried numerous odor control products, some we even concocted ourselves, including straight ammonia, mothballs, etc., but all without success.

Then we tried PUBLIC DEFENDER. Since the carcasses of the dead animal(s) could not be removed from under the building, we poured PUBLIC DEFENDER as we did with the unsuccessful products through holes in the floor to get to the source of the odor. Needless to say, we were extremely pleased to find that the PUBLIC DEFENDER really worked!

Auto Clean Up After Suicide Shotgun Blast

It was for a very tragic situation involving one of our cars that we had sold and financed to one of our best customers. 

The tragedy was that this gentleman committed suicide of a shotgun blast to his head.

The car's interior was virtually covered with human matter from the shotgun blast.  Our local police said it was the worst incident they had ever seen.   And, to make matters worse, the weather was unseasonably warm with the car sealed shut for more than three weeks before being returned to me.

It is impossible to describe the problems we faced in trying to deodorize and clean the interior to make this vehicle saleable again.  Most experts in these matters said it would be necessary to remove and replace the entire car interior, i.e., seats, headliner, carpets, door panels--everything that could hold odors and stains--as well as treat the interior with various chemicals, etc.  And even then, these hopeful efforts might very well fail to remedy the problems.  Some said it would be impossible to remove the odor at all, regardless of whatever attempts, that the car would simply have to be junked.

But low and behold, PUBLIC DEFENDER came to my rescue!  This product totally eliminated all odors, cleaned and removed all stains without having to replace the vehicle's interior.

Happy to report, the car is now ready for resale without a tinge of odor or trace of stain.  I applaud your miracle product for doing a job heretofore thought well nigh impossible to do.  It is very seldom that you get more than what you pay for in today's market place.  But, PUBLIC DEFENDER performed superbly, as well as being extremely economical to use.
I would recommend PUBLIC DEFENDER to anyone who has any troublesome odors or stains.  It really does work!

Restroom Urine Smell

Cleans Feline Urine Odors

Machine Shop Stinks

I want to just take a minute to tell you how well your products worked on a problem we had.  

As is often the case, the metal working coolant in one of our CNC machines started to give off a horrible stink.  The smell was so bad that workers all over the shop were complaining.  The way we usually solve this problem is to clean out the machine. But, this particular unit requires two days to tear down and clean out.

After adding PUBLIC DEFENDER to the coolant tank the odor disappeared completely within an hour.  There were no complaints from the shop floor even a week later.

We saved down time when we needed the machine to be up, and got more life out of the coolant.

Horse Barns

Over the last five years we have tried numerous products to eliminate the odor from our horse barns.  It didn't seem to make much difference whether they were expensive or moderately priced...the end result was the same....they masked the odor for a short period of time but they did not eliminate it.

Carpet Cleaning & Cat Litter Boxes

I thought I would take the time to drop you a letter and once again thank you for developing PUBLIC DEFENDER Odor Destroyer.

If you will recall, I found your product to be the only effective cleaner which removed odors in the course of shampooing my carpets.  You may also be interested in knowing that new odor problems were often cleaned simply by dampening the affected area and scrubbing.

One other application for your product involves the control of odor from our cat litter boxes.  Although we keep them clean, I find that several "squirts" per day totally eliminates and odor in the area.

As I write this letter you will be happy to know that I am on my way to purchase a gallon container of your product for deodorizing the carpets.  If I could somehow just use your back to clean with I would really be well off!

Boy, have I got a story for you!

Mildewed Auto Carpet

Real Estate Toilets

In the process of building and selling new homes in the Roanoke Valley, real estate agents and/or their clients use bathrooms that do not have water turned on to flush same.

Several weeks ago, I entered one of our new houses to hold open house. The odor was terrible and the source was an upstairs unflushed toilet. I turned on the water, flushed the toilet and added some of your product to clean the bowl. I went to a nearby drug store to get an aerosol spray to deodorize the house, but upon my return, the entire hose was odor free except for the pleasant smell of your product.

Shower Stall Cleaned

I have used your PUBLIC DEFENDER product recently, experimenting as I went along. I would like to verify that it is as great as it is marketed to be!

I have found this product to be most effective in cleaning many types of items around the house, including pet accidents and other items that you list on the product itself. However, it was most pleasing to me to find that when diluted in water, it cleaned my fiberglass stall shower quickly and without a lot of hard scrubbing. This has be a problem area with the hard water and lime problems that we have in the area in which we built our home two years ago. This use alone has made me a believer of your product.

Men's Restrooms

When I recently explained the problem odor in one of our men’s restrooms and you told me that you had a product that would probably solve the problem; I honestly did not think that anything would cure the odor. I am not normally so skeptical but having tried to solve this odor problem for over five years I really did not think that anything would work.

When you came by Monday and demonstrated how to use "PUBLIC DEFENDER" the odor was eliminated immediately and as of today has not returned.

I am sure, based on what you have told me, we will have to periodically spray and clean the restroom floor with "PUBLIC DEFENDER." I am really curious how long the first spraying will be effective. I will let you know.

In addition to the use of "PUBLIC DEFENDER" in our restrooms we are using it in our playroom and to freshen the air on the concourse and as a deodorizer for our rental shoes. The results have been fantastic, thanks for introducing me to this fabulous new product.

Kerosene

Just had to let you know just how good that PUBLIC DEFENDER really is.

When you gave me the sample to take home with me I never thought much about it, until about a week after I got home. My son had spilled Kerosene on my new carpet and had left it just lie there until I got home. I thought this stuff might work. So I sprayed PUBLIC DEFENDER on it and took a clean towel and cleaned it up, and Boy was I ever glad I had that little bottle of PUBLIC DEFENDER, because it killed the odor of the kerosene. I won't be without PUBLIC DEFENDER in my home from now on.

My company was established about 3 years ago to cleanup pet accidents in homes especially on carpets and also to cleanup suicide scenes.

I was introduced to the product Public Defender.  I was completely amazed when I saw what the product did.

My company has cleaned up homes for sale where the owners have pets that used the carpet when the owners left them too long.  We have cleaned up both pistol and shotgun suicides, but the one that really comes to mind was last year.  A body was found in a trailer that had been decomposing for 2 weeks.  This was in last January and snow was on the ground and the heating system in the home was operating. Need I say more!

Public Defender was the only product that I used to clean up this dreadful situation.  The odor so bad that even with a mask I could not work for more than 3 or 4 minutes at a time.  With the windows and doors open, the heating system off the process of cleanup began.  Over spray the body fluids to knock down the odor while the solids were discarded.  Four hours later things were getting under control.  I left for the day and returned the next mourning to finish the job.  The area being cleaned was tile, but the odor had also soaked into the fabrics.  Everything was mopped, sprayed and the carpets were cleaned also using Public Defender.

When I left that day, I told the deceased’s brother to leave the windows open for a couple of days and then return and if there was any problem to call me.  The phone call I got was “The odor is gone.  Thank you for the job you did for my family.  I didn’t know what we were going to do.”  Public Defender was the hero of the day.  Thank you for your wonderful product.

If anyone has cats they know about the problem with hairballs and carpets.  We have six four legged children, so we have six times the amount of hairballs.  What a mess.  Not with Public Defender.  I use a paper towel to pick up the hairball and food.  I then spray the area with Public Defender.  Wipe with a paper towel and the mess is GONE!  No stain. Nothing else to clean up.  Public Defender is a product that all cat owners need to have.
